We have different payment options available when booking your appointment, full payment or partial non-refundable options (remaining balance can be paid with CASH/CARD only). We also offer Sezzle payment plans.
SMS & E-Mail Reminders
Once your appointment is confirmed, a notification will be sent via text/e-mail. Please be sure provide correct information for this is the only way to communicate with client regarding appointment.
Reminders are sent 24 - 48 hours in advance!
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment 1 time only up to 24 hours in advance. This ensures that your appointment time slot is not wasted. To reschedule your appointment, please refer to your appointment confirmation email sent.
No Call - No Show
If you fail to not show or call for your scheduled appointment you will forfeit you depoist and the chance to reschedule your appointment. Therefore, another payment will be necessary.
Late/Tardy
A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, IF YOU ARRIVE WITHIN THE 15 MINUTE WINDOW PERIOD YOU WILL BE CHARGED $15 LATE FEE! AFTER 15 MINUTES, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED. **NO EXCEPTIONS**
